To open the conversation window on your desktop, hover over the Lync icon in the taskbar and click the name of the person you are already speaking to. If you are already in a phone call, you can add other users from the Global Address List, from your Contact List, or by entering a person’s phone number. Set up an ad-hoc conference call by inviting additional users to join an ongoing call ![]() To share one or more programs or files, click Present Programs, and then select the specific program or file.To share the content on your desktop, click Present Desktop.At the bottom of the conversation window, click the Present (monitor) button. ![]() If you have confidential information or files that you don’t want people to see, close them-or use Present Programs instead.ġ. Important: When sharing your desktop, everyone in the Skype meeting can see your programs, files, and notifications.
